morning run

Squeezed in a 2 milers. Maybe time for more later. Times are still slow & distances are still short... compared to former glories.

Either way it feels to get back into the saddle. While running I milled over some thoughts for my book proposal. Got some names for content control before I submit to a publisher. If my friends think it sucks, no sense in sending it on.

Bottom line: gotta. Find a better route.
