Run to outdo my wife

Yesterday I stepped it up a little bit in order to actually attempt to attain my running goal for the year. Plus, Ronda had run 2.25 mi. I ran 3.5 mi in our 'hood. It was nice to go farther than the 2 mi I have grown lazy in running. I used to feel that it wasn't a real run unless it was over 3 mi. Beginning to feel that way again. iPod is dying though, so I gotta figure out how to listen to tunes while I run. We shall see how it goes. I think Jagger is crying...
